Step 1. Book your Launch Strategy Call with Audrey, (complete the booking and processing the payment) optimally set 14-21 days before your VIP Day. This session ensures we're in sync and sets the stage for success, we will go over all your deliverables for your type of VIP Day.
Step 2. Book our VIP Day and Kick-Off Call during our Launch Strategy Call.
Step 3. VIP Portal: Upon confirmation, you'll be granted access to our VIP Client Portal, a hub of essential resources tailored for our collaboration.
Step 4. Pre-Work Deliverables: Based on our strategic alignment, start working on the project's deliverables.
Step 5. Kick Off Call: 7-14 days before your VIP Day, join Audrey for a comprehensive kick-off call. This session is dedicated to reviewing all deliverables, ensuring we have a clear roadmap and all necessary materials.
Step 6. Style Review: Five days out from our VIP Day, we'll share the project's style direction with you. You'll have a 48-hour window to review and share your insights, ensuring our designs resonate with your vision.
Step 7. The VIP Experience: The highlight of our collaboration! Our VIP Day unfolds from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm Eastern Time. There's no need for you to be up at the crack of dawn, though; we'll kick things off during these hours by diving into the project, guided by your style insights and initial feedback. Expect our initial touchpoint at approximately 11:00 am/12:00 pm EST, where we'll review the preliminary draft and discuss your thoughts for refinement.
Step 8. Reflect and Refine: Post-VIP Day, take a week to review our work. Share your feedback, and we'll fine-tune any aspects as needed to align perfectly with your vision.
Step 9. Continued Support: Benefit from 30 days of dedicated Slack support post-VIP Day. We're here to answer any questions and guide you as you navigate your project's next steps.
